Research Comments:	These sessions were part of a multi-media project and were also video taped in high definition and made available on video cassette and laser disc formats. Phil Woods remembers this three-day event as “an incredible production. They had a whole catering service, limos for the artists, and I mean, it was like making a movie.” Gene Lees writes a fascinating account of this project in his story, “Waiting for Dizzy,” included in his book of the same title (Oxford University Press, 1991). Some of these tracks were recorded on June 20 or 21.
