Research Comments:	Originally released on Pacific Jazz and later reissued on Blue Note. Mike Fitzgerald deduced that this session, listed in Ruppli’s Blue Note Discography first edition as having been recorded in Los Angeles, probably was done at Manhattan Towers in New York City, since it took place only one day after a Hank Mobley session at Hackensack which included Blakey. In his second edition, Ruppli says NYC.
